A Boutiki Cafe, $5-$10
This restaurant is a tiny hole-in-the-wall, but with great food and an awesome staff! Although they have a specific breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu, the chef is very accommodating and will make you anything at any time of the day! It is an entertaining place to eat as well, with the very friendly front counter lady adressing every single person that comes in as "handsome man." A good laugh, and some great food!
Tips: Order exactly what you are craving, even if it isn't on the menu! The cook/owner is extremely friendly and accommodating, and will pretty much make you whatever you want, like the time that I ordered a breakfast burrito at five pm! It was great, with eggs, sausage, cheese and savory rice. Also, eat inside for the great Hawaiian feeling decor.

Ono Cheese Steak, $7-$10
Fantastic Hawaiian style Philly Cheese Steak subs! Cheap, great food, central location, and open 24/7, what's not to love? I recommend getting the number three, which is with garlic and onions! This place is great because of it's hearty food, low prices, and great location (right in the middle of Waikiki.) Add in the fact that it is open 24/7, and now you know why it's one of my favorite eateries in town!
Tips: Drinks are really pricey here, so ether bring your own drink or go without. $2.89 for a 16 oz. bottle of Pepsi is a total rip off. Also, get your food to go even if you plan on eating there. It is way easier to eat when it's all wrapped up, and falls all over the place otherwise (as you can see in the picture.)
